Debt Problems To THE EXTREME -Foreclosure Level-
I got word of this site via his coming out article for “TheAge” an Australian news website. They were trying to blow his cover and release that “The Most Hated Blogger” had excaped to Ausy from the U.S.
The critics, who call themselves “haterz”, have turned their pursuit of the 24-year-old American into a blood sport in which they vie with one another to pour industrial-strength vitriol onto their quarry and derail his efforts to redeem himself.
You really have to give the guy credit though! After learning how to use a twist of mortgage fruad he was able to aquire $2.2 million in 8  different properties and when the housing slump started to slide even fearther he figured out that it wasn’t going to be very likly to turn a profit on them so from what I can tell he just decided to cop out and quit paying for the mortgages.
Although with the power of the Internet and how fast news spreads hes now making +/- $4,000 per month with his blog documenting his strife as the blogging world expresses their hate towards him. Koodoos to his new book idea though

This guy actually has a following now! He basically helping others ruin their credit and help create more of a housing bubble as well… Geesh The lets get into debt virus is spreading… Found another blogger whom is using the same plan or uhh actually already has used it.
